It must have been a shock to all Gotei members- the fact that there were traitors among them.

I'm finally home, back from hospital. I had a sharp gastric catarrh and my kidneys inefficient for 3 days. That was pretty scary. It begun with constant vomits. I took a ride in ambulance... those paramedics were so smexy
I remember how our professor of human physiology told that it's impossible to vomit with bile... Bullshit! I had! Green puke was something rather extraordinary...
It's odd that I'm writing this in comment of most vulnerable officer in Gotei...
